The personal aspect of this blog is the taste in subject matter. I want to put up a little slice of my thought process. The title came from my co-worker who said watching me websurfing was like pbs on speed. I pop from one thing to another, like a dilettante with ADD.

POW! BANG! CRASH!
On Saturday I went to a superhero themed bridal shower. It was a Jack and Jill shower (girls and guys) and turned out to be a blast. I won the traditional bridal shower game of "toilet paper dress design". Everyone grabbed a partner (this is where the guy-girl combo really made the night) to design and model a wedding dress made with 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper. The girls were all the designers, forcing the men to model the dresses. (pictures will have to come later) I think it would be funny even at an all girl shower, but the looks on the guys faces as we decorated them was just hilarious. We certianly have some very tolerant male friends in our group.
All the prizes for games and costumes followed the superhero theme, I won a large aquaman figure that is almost a foot tall. I don't know what I'll do with it, maybe I'll stick it on ebay.
